MOMS Club® of Apple Valley, MN has been very involved in service projects within our local community. Recently we have been recognized by International MOMS Club® with an Outstanding Specific Service award. Below are some of our current projects.

B. Robert Lewis House They provide a safe and secure place for women and their children after domestic abuse. They run a 24 hour phone line and support group for women who are frightened for their safety as well as their children’s safety. Their needs include socks, underwear, toddler clothes, cleaning supplies, several non-perishable food items, plastic storage containers and monetary donations.

Armful of Love With your dollars we will put together "love boxes" for Armful of Love. Every year over 1200 Dakota County families who cannot provide Christmas presents for their children seek help from Armful of Love. The mothers and fathers normally do not request anything for themselves. The love boxes are intended to provide a small gift for the mothers and fathers.

St. Jude’s Ranch Do not throw away your Holiday cards! Gather them up and bring them to our next meeting. We will be sending them to St. Jude’s Ranch where they will take the fronts of the cards and have the residents recycle them for resale. St. Jude’s Ranch maintains a home for abandoned, abused, and neglected children in Boulder City, Nevada.
